• Memorial Subject Details: The name of the person the memorial is about, their obituary, a biography, and any other stories or details you choose to share.

• Visual Content: Photos of the deceased. While photos are encouraged, they are not required. If no photo is provided, the memorial will display a respectful flower placeholder by default.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Publication: The details of the deceased (Name, Obituary, Photos) will be published on a public memorial page at memorials.wessan.org.

• Communication: Your email address is used solely for administrative purposes related to the specific memorial you submitted.

• No Commercial Use: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Wessan Legacies is a free service with no advertisements or data-mining.

3. Rights, Permissions, and Liability

• Ownership: You must possess the legal rights or explicit permission from the rights holder to share any photos or text uploaded to our platform.

• Liability: Weatherill Essentials and the Wessan Legacies platform are not responsible or liable for any copyright or privacy infringements resulting from user-submitted content.

• Copyright Concerns: If you believe a photo or story has been uploaded without the consent of the rights holder, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and remove infringing content promptly.

4. Data Security and Moderation

All submissions are manually reviewed by the Ministerial Services Division for authenticity and respect before publication. Technical security and data storage are managed by our Tech Division to ensure your tributes remain safe and accessible.
